3. Purchases and Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

  • Purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these terms or required by applicable law.

  • Attempting to chargeback or reverse a payment will result in a permanent ban from The Gamers Crib server and store.

4. Delivery of Goods

  • All virtual items and ranks are delivered in-game, typically within a few minutes of purchase. In rare cases, delays may occur due to server issues or maintenance.

  • If your purchase does not arrive within 24 hours, please contact us through our support channel on our Discord server.

5. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital goods once the transaction is complete.

  • Exceptions may be made in the case of duplicate purchases or if the product was never delivered and cannot be verified.

6. Rank and Item Terms

  • In-game perks and ranks may be subject to change at any time for balancing, server updates, or technical reasons.

  • Purchasing a rank or item does not exempt you from server rules. Misconduct may result in rank removal, temporary bans, or permanent bans, without refund.

  • Rank perks are non-transferable between accounts.

  • Violating server rules may result in punishment, regardless of your purchase history.
